Building Bridges: Who can take part?
In order to take part in the Building Bridges programme you must be aged 15 or over, living in Wiltshire or Swindon and not currently working (unemployed). Please note the Building Bridges programme is not able to work with people on zero hours contracts.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK in order to take part. The programme can support registered refugees but is currently unable to work with asylum seekers. The Building Bridges programme is also unable to work with people who are currently in prison.
In order to take part in the Building Bridges programme you must meet all of the below criteria:
To take part in the programme you must be currently unemployed
Not on a zero hours contract
We cannot work with people who are currently employed on a zero hours contract.
Live in Swindon or Wiltshire
You must currently live in the Swindon or Wiltshire area in order to take part in the programme.
Be Aged 15 or Over
You must be aged 15 or over to take in the programme. Participants under 16 will need permission from a parent or legal guardian to take part.
Not in Prison
We can work with people who are on probation, however we cannot work with people who are currently in prison.
Register yourself or refer someone who you think could benefit from the help and support on offer.
