Take Part in the Building Bridges Programme
You can register yourself to take part in the programme or tell us about someone who you think could benefit from the help and support on offer. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please make sure you have permission from this person before sharing their details with us.
If you or the person who will be taking part in the programme is under 16 years of age you will need permission from a parent or legal guardian before registering to take part.
Before filling out the online form please read Who can take part? to make sure you or the person who will be taking part in the programme is eligible for the help and support on offer.
Before you Register
Before you can register you will be asked to confirm that you or the person who will be taking part meets the following criteria:
Is aged 15 or over
Lives in Wiltshire or Swindon
Is not currently in prison
Has the legal right to work in the UK
Is currently unemployed (or on a zero-hours contract with no income from employment in the last three months)
We’re really sorry, but due to very high levels of demand Building Bridges is currently having to operate a waiting list for referrals and it may take us 4-6 weeks to be able to match you with one of our partner key workers.
Please continue to register your interest with us and we will respond as soon as we possibly can.
We are currently experiencing technical problems with the online referral forms for the Building Bridges Programme. The forms have been temporarily disabled whilst we work to find a solution. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
In the meantime, should you wish to make a referral, please contact the Building Bridges Lead Team: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01380 732821
