Building Bridges Programme Navigator (Outreach Keyworker)

Swindon based                                                                      20 hours per week (Maximum – negotiable)

Fixed term contract for one year, with an option to extend – Salary £10,800 (based on 20 hours per week).

Inner Flame is looking for an individual who is extremely organised to join our Building Bridges team to act as a Navigator (outreach key-worker) delivering the Building Bridges programme, jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.

The role will be to recruit and work with young people who find themselves at a disadvantage and work with them for up to a year and support them into an outcome. The role includes administration of the participants’ documentation and paperwork to ensuring conformity to guidelines set by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.

It will require someone with a flair for working in a supportive and inspirational way with young adults, networking, with an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be working closely with our current Navigator, as a job share.

The role will be fully funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.
