Employability Programmes Administrator
Provide administrative support for the Building Bridges Programme, including managing participant referrals, conducting initial triage conversations, maintaining programme records, coordinating workshops and supporting funder reporting. Ideal for an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Adult & Young People Employment & Education Mentor
Support adults and young people facing barriers to employment and education through one-to-one mentoring, needs assessments, personalised action planning and group-based development activities. Help participants build confidence, resilience and skills to progress into sustainable education, training and employment opportunities.
